Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Office of Risk Services

Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management Information System (ERMIS) Programme. This role involves transforming existing workflows into an ERMIS, enhancing SingHealth’s risk management capabilities using data analytics tools, and supporting workflow automation. The position requires strong technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and a proactive approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Biomedical or health-care related discipline.
• Strong command of spoken and written English with good report-writing skill.
• Strong knowledge of programming software or statistical software, and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered tools is an advantage
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Proactive, adaptable, analytical and attentive to details
• Good administrative, consultative, problem-solving, and presentation skills
