Job Description
Singtel Financial Shared Services is looking for an Accounts Payable Executive to join their dynamic team in Malaysia. The role involves processing invoices and credit notes, responding to queries, and maintaining SOPs. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Accountancy, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- At least a Diploma in Accountancy
- Fresh graduate with Finance / Accounting Degree background
- Basic knowledge in accounting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in SAP and Data Analytics is an added advantage
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage people effectively
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Proven experience in prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
