Job Description
NCS is a leading technology services firm seeking a Sales Manager, Enterprise. This role focuses on driving sales growth, building client relationships, managing sales activity, and serving as a trusted advisor. The Sales Manager will lead a portfolio of accounts, identify new business opportunities, and close contracts while maintaining a strong understanding of the client's needs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in IT services
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Knowledge of Commercial arrangements
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation and deal maker skills
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders preferred
- Dynamic and able to adjust in a fast-paced environment
- Able to deal with ambiguity
- University Degree/Polytechnic Diploma (Business, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering)
- Strong understanding of business, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
