Job Description
NCS is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Scrum Master) to lead agile teams in Asia Pacific, delivering impactful projects for governments and enterprises. The role involves mentoring the team, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and ensuring compliance with Agile values and practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Requirements
- 3 years of Scrum-Master experience
- At least 7 years of experience with software design & development, at least 3 years in agile projects
- Proficiency in Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, or Azure DevOps
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Self-motivated, adaptive, and service-leadership oriented
- Experience working with cross-functional Agile teams
- Prior Agile certifications (CSM, CSP, PSM, PPO, PMI-ACP)
