Business Analyst - Branch of Thessaloniki

Sioufas & Associates Law Firm is seeking a Business Analyst to join its team in Thessaloniki, Greece. The successful candidate will have experience in data analytics, sales metrics tracking, and process improvement. A bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with a master's degree considered an asset. 3-5 years of experience in a similar position and fluency in English are also required.

Requirements

• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement.
• Create detailed reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics (revenue, conversion rates, pipeline health, etc.) using Excel, Qlik and PowerBI.
• Develop and automate data-driven forecasts and models using Python.
• Collaborate with production to deliver actionable insights that help optimize the operational process.
• Work with large datasets, employing SQL for querying data from our data warehouse.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve cashflow, operations and reporting processes.
