Requirements
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of legal billing and financial data (BI for Billing)
- Analyze trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve legal operations
- Produce standard and ad-hoc reports on client billing, collections, and revenue metrics
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports to track legal and financial results
- Monitor and support ongoing RPA workflows in legal processes, identifying improvements and resolving issues
- Collaborate with legal and finance stakeholders to define requirements and support process improvements
- Develop automation solutions using SQL and Python to optimize daily legal and administrative tasks
