Job Description
We are hiring a Senior BD & Portfolio Management to drive strategic growth, lead key partnerships, and oversee the performance of our business portfolio.
Requirements
- Drive new business opportunities (strategic partnerships, new products, new segments, new channels).
- Lead end-to-end deals: sourcing, structuring, financial modeling, negotiation, and closing.
- Manage key relationships with banks, fintechs, platforms and ecosystem partners.
- Own the portfolio view (revenue, margin, usage, acquisition, retention, ROI) and regular performance reviews.
- Identify underperforming products/partnerships and recommend scale / fix / exit actions.
- Lead forecasting and performance tracking, and prepare executive-ready materials for ExCo, Investment Committee, and Board.
