Job Description
Partner with hiring managers to develop effective talent acquisition strategies, source and interview candidates, and manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes. Leverage innovative sourcing methods and develop comprehensive employer branding strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Proven experience as a talent acquisition professional with a focus on both IT and Non-IT positions
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and knowledge of technical roles and skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative employer branding strategies
- Familiarity with social media and online presence management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience organizing and participating in industry events and career fairs
