Job Description
Job Title: System Engineer. Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather technical, infrastructure, and business requirements. Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience as a System Engineer or in a similar role within an IT Professional Services environment.
- Strong knowledge of server systems (Windows / Linux).
- Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, OLVM or similar).
- Understanding of storage, backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high availability concepts.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLAN, L2-L3 Layer Firewall fundamentals).
- Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Oracle, Huawei or GCP).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Datadog, SolarWinds, Zabbix) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) is an advantage.
