Job Description
This Property Manager role involves managing tenant correspondence, processing invoices, supporting operational and sales tasks, providing tenant support, conducting property viewings, coordinating facility management, and maintaining the CRM database. The ideal candidate has experience in real estate, enjoys sales, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Experience in the real estate industry and/or in the support of technical service providers
- Enthusiasm for sales
- Completed commercial training is an advantage
- Professional demeanor and a very high level of service orientation
- Confident user of MS-Office programs
- Good communication skills
- Organizational talent and independent, reliable working style
