Job Description
Sitecore is seeking a skilled Cloud Solutions Engineer with a strong background in Computer Science and Cloud administration. This role involves provisioning, supporting, and maintaining customer cloud and on-premise environments and Sitecore products, troubleshooting issues, and automating operations. They are looking for someone who can thrive in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of client technical support experience
- Infrastructure, network and application security knowledge
- Knowledge of Sitecore, Adobe, Wordpress or other CMS
- Application support experience
- Experience with Load Balancing Solutions
- Excellent command of English and communication skills
- Azure / Cloud administration experience
- Database knowledge in MySQL, MS SQL, MongoDB
- 24 x 7 shift operation
