Job Description
Siteline is a Series A SaaS startup revolutionizing finance for the construction industry. They are seeking a CSM to serve as a trusted post-onboarding partner, ensuring customer loyalty and expanding the customer base. This role requires a customer-facing individual comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment and driven by business growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience managing a book of business in a SaaS or tech environment
- Proven track record of expanding and retaining customer accounts
- Customer-facing product experience in a slow-adoption industry preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment
