We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager - German to manage a team of sales executives, ensuring team performance meets or exceeds budget expectations. The role involves coaching, training, and success of new starters, as well as identifying areas for development with existing team members.
Requirements
- Experience managing an inside sales team
- Able to build, supervise and coach multifaceted teams to reach maximum efficiency and results
- Understanding of the sales cycle for a Software-as-a-Service subscription model
- Proven experience working with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) and the ability to run reports within it
- Technical aptitude and passion for the technology space
- Track record in setting targets, and achieving or exceeding them
- Excellent coaching skills with experience dealing with people from different backgrounds and cultures
- Strong written and oral communication skills in German and English (full professional proficiency)
