Requirements

• Completed technical education or study in the field of construction (civil engineering / architecture)
• Professional experience as a construction manager in the building sector, preferably in the public / education sector
• Knowledge of VOB, HOAI, DIN standards as well as safe handling of construction time and project tools
• Team and communication skills, confident demeanor, and decision-making freedom
• Structured, responsible, and solution-oriented working method
