Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to strengthen our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling and coordinating construction projects, leading construction site managers, and ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
- Long-standing experience in construction management, ideally as a senior construction manager in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, construction law, VOB, and calculation
- Leadership skills, assertiveness, and a structured work style
- Safe handling of construction software (e.g., MS Project, iTWO, CAD) and MS Office
