Electrical Team Leader

Skanska Building Services is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Team Lead to oversee and lead the onsite multi-skilled electrical team in delivering all associated Planned & Reactive maintenance.

Requirements

• Ensure effective deployment of the Multi-Skilled Electrical Team in actioning electrical related Planned & Reactive Maintenance & project works.
• Carry out survey works and prepare quotations as required by the client.
• Identify staff training needs and report to immediate manager for authorisation.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance tasks and reactive works investigations/repairs on, but not limited to, the Low Voltage electrical systems on site.
• Liaise / assist with other services as necessary for the efficient delivery of work activities, workmanship and productivity to comply with the performance standards.
