Job Description
Skanska is looking for an Electrical Shift Leader to join its Commercial Property Maintenance team in London. The successful candidate will support Health & Safety compliance, team training, and carry out all work safely and diligently. Key responsibilities include daily supervision, planned and reactive maintenance, and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Completed a recognised apprenticeship with City & Guilds Level 2 (minimum) and NVQ Level 3 (minimum) qualifications.
- Over 5 years' engineering experience within the service industry, including at least 2 years of direct client-facing work.
- Strong knowledge of control systems and HVAC systems, supported by IEE 17th Edition certification.
- Holds IOSH Working Safely (minimum) and previously authorised as an LV/HV person (advantage).
