Job Description
Skanska is seeking Multi Skilled Shift Engineers with an Electrical or Mechanical bias to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team on a commercial office building in Central London. The role involves delivering day to day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and carrying out breakdown maintenance on Electrical systems and equipment.
Requirements
- City & Guild level 2 minimum / NVQ level 3 minimum
- Engineering position held previously within the service industry
- Experience of client relationships
- Knowledge of control systems
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- IEE 17th Edition
- IOSH Working Safely minimum
