Head of People (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Head of People to define and execute our data-driven People & Culture strategy across multiple locations, leading and developing People, Talent Acquisition and Office teams, and driving high-performance culture, employer branding, and change initiatives.

Requirements

• Senior HR leadership experience in a fast-growing, international environment
• Proven experience leading HR across multiple countries
• Strong data-driven mindset and experience with people analytics
• Strong knowledge of German labor law and employee relations; legal background or close legal collaboration is a major plus
• Fluent in German and English
