Join our team in Karlsruhe as a full-time Head of People Excellence and support our vision of a climate-neutral future. We are looking for a candidate with a background in human resources management or a comparable field, paired with strong leadership experience and HR expertise.

Requirements

• Background in human resources management, business administration, or a comparable field
• Strong leadership experience and HR expertise
• Solid knowledge in compensation & benefits, HR systems, HR analytics, and data‐ and KPI‐driven decision‐making
• Experience with HR software rollouts and process implementations
• Ability to communicate fluently in German and English
