We are seeking a proactive and visionary Account Executive for Instructor Led Training (Enterprise Accounts) to join our team. In this role, you will build and maintain effective long-term relationships with a defined customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and increased revenue.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of direct sales experience, selling IT training solutions, to IT management & director level
- Fluency in English essential
- Experience of working across the defined territory/region
- Experience in the IT training and development, learning, human capital, human capital technology space is preferred
- Ability to navigate from transactional sales with short cycles (1 week) to longer sales cycles (2 months)
- Ability to exceed sales targets
- Advanced understanding of customer’s business
- Ability to prospect with a structured activity model to maximize revenue growth
- Skilled at demonstrating solutions and speaking the language of IT corporate buyers and respectfully challenge their thinking
- Ability to collaborate and leverage subject matter expertise in a matrixed sales environment
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency, competitive, and demonstrate a positive, winning attitude
- Negotiate effectively based on value and time to close
