Job Description
We're looking for a Customer Service Adviser to join our award-winning Contact Centre team in Skipton, England. The role involves providing tailored support to customers, recommending relevant products and services, and delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Ability to tailor service to customers with different needs and requirements
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Empathy, adaptability, resilience, and curiosity
