Job Description
SkyHop Global is a fast-growing airline ground-transportation company seeking a hands-on Assistant Station Leader (ASL) to join their San Francisco (SFO) team. The role involves leading operations, managing staff, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring safety, efficiency, and excellent service to airline clients. This is a 24/7/365 operation in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of management experience in transportation, logistics, or similar operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 environment
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work both in the office and in the field
- Fluent in English and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Weekend and holiday availability
