Job Description
SkyHop Global is seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager/ Station Leader to oversee its San Francisco Bay Area operation, consisting of flights to SFO, OAK, and SJC. This is a 24/7, hands-on role demanding a fast-paced environment focused on safety, service, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will lead drivers, ensure smooth crew transportation, and serve as a primary point of contact for airline clients.
Requirements
- Proven leadership in transportation, logistics, or a related field.
- Experience managing large, diverse teams (50+ employees preferred).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Solid knowledge of DOT regulations.
- Open availability to work flexible hours.
