Regional Director

SkyHop Global is seeking a Regional Director to oversee operations across four Texas locations (Austin, Houston, DFW, Dallas Love Field, MSP, DEN). This role requires a proven leader with multi-site operational oversight, full P&L accountability, and the ability to drive profitability. The position is full-time and 50–60% travel required.

Requirements

• Dallas/DFW residency is required.
• Minimum 5–7 years management experience with multi-location oversight.
• Demonstrated P&L accountability with consistent record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Track record of leading teams of 100+ employees.
• Strong experience in operations, transportation, or logistics.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent leadership experience considered.
