The Regional Director will provide leadership for regional staff, oversee regional operations, and represent Unbound Now in regional communities.

- Maintaining a staff culture in alignment with Unbound Now's HOPE principles
- Carrying accountability for keeping regional expenses within budget
- Supporting the hiring process for regional staff
- Communicating regional successes and impact effectively
- Supporting staff in developing good relationships with local agencies and organizations
- Presenting/speaking at significant community events
- Developing and engaging regional advisory board(s)
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information
- Using personal vehicle for work travel
- Submitting expense documentation properly
- Reviewing and approving timesheets bi-weekly
- Completing all Unbound Now required training on time
