Job Description
Skyline is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative building maintenance for apartment buildings, providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include completing maintenance tasks, cleaning, repairing, and ensuring building safety. The role requires physical work and utilizes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
Requirements
- Perform necessary maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting)
- Clean and repair items in vacant or turnover units
- Perform physically demanding tasks using ladders and power tools
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, email/web)
- Ability to lift 50lbs, bend, push and pull
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record
