Job Description
Skyline is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative building maintenance for assigned apartment buildings, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the upkeep of properties. This role involves cleaning, repairs, and inspections, utilizing knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
Requirements
- Perform necessary maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) in occupied units.
- Complete and submit accurate maintenance log and time sheet.
- Clean and repair items in vacant or turnover units.
- Regularly clean common areas and maintain functionality of lighting, emergency signs, and fire extinguishers.
- Complete monthly inspections, painting and repair tasks on time.
- Perform physically demanding tasks using ladders and power tools.
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and automobile insurance may be required.
