Job Description
Pro-active Station Duty Manager is responsible for ensuring high service standards and safety across the Airport Birmingham Ramp and Passenger services department. This role involves leading and supervising a team, monitoring operational performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Lead and supervise the Front of house team and Airside Operational Team.
- Allocate and monitor duties to ensure full coverage and operational responsiveness.
- Supervise GHM (Ground Handling Manual) management.
- Manage rosters, attendance, leave planning, and overtime.
