SkyHop Global is seeking a proactive and adaptable Station Leader to oversee a team of drivers in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on operational excellence, customer service, safety, and team development, offering a chance to make a significant impact on a growing airline ground transportation company. This is a new location opening, offering the opportunity to join a dynamic team.
Requirements
- Lead & Inspire a team of drivers to succeed
- Ensure routes are running smoothly and on schedule
- Oversee scheduling, KPI management, and budget planning
- Elevate service levels to exceed client expectations
- Lead with a commitment to safety and foster a safety-first culture
- Develop and maintain a reliable team
- Experience in airline/airport/transportation or in the transportation industry (2+ yrs management, 3+ yrs in transport)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
