Requirements
- University Degree / Graduate
- Good general education with qualifications in telecommunications, electronics, and computing preferred.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills and a good command of written and spoken English.
- Logical approach to problem solving and self-motivation.
- Ability to retain knowledge and apply problem-solving skills effectively.
- Previous customer service experience, especially in the telecommunications industry, is a plus.
