• Prior call center or customer service experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge of computer skills, internet search engines, and navigation
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Successful completion of pre-employment testing and internet speed test
• Enclosed and secure work area with non-cellular high speed internet service
