We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues with Telephony and Internet Services, and perform proactive monitoring and health checks.
Requirements
- Graduate in Polytechnical University.
- Good general and technical education with qualifications in telecommunications, electronics and computing.
- Technical knowledge of Transmission/Transport, IP Networks and configuration.
- Logical approach to problem solving and self-motivation.
- Ability to retain knowledge and cross-match new problems with previous ones (Problem-solving skills).
- A good command of written and spoken English.
