Job Description
The SkyWater Florida Sr. Director Advanced Packaging Business Development will champion business for emerging microelectronics advanced packaging opportunities and other SkyWater-targeted programs. The role requires a diverse skillset, including microelectronics fabrication and packaging expertise, knowledge of US Government organizations and contracting/funding methods, and strong business acumen.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in ABET accredited Engineering, Material Science or related program
- 10+ years’ experience in the microelectronics or related industry, including significant experience in the defense application space
- Demonstrated and successful career progression into higher level technical or business Management and Leadership roles
- Strong communication skills
- Significant knowledge of defense microelectronics market dynamics
- Highly proficient computer skills with developed skills in Microsoft Office
