Job Description
Sleed, a digital marketing agency, is seeking a mid-level CRM Specialist to support performance and data teams. The role involves implementing CRM strategies, optimizing CRM setups, cleaning databases, and collaborating with marketing teams. This position focuses on enhancing client lifecycle and driving engagement and ROI through data-driven initiatives.
Requirements
- Implement and optimize CRM setups like workflows, lead scoring and nurturing funnels across client accounts.
- Clean, audit, and enhance CRM databases to maintain quality and GDPR compliance.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, creatives, and content teams to plan and execute email/mobile and retargeting campaigns.
- Build dashboards and reports (e.g. CLTV, MQLs, conversion rates) and present actionable insights.
