Job Description
We're looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Marketing Automation team. As a CRM Specialist, you'll help take our Courier Partner CRM strategies to the next level. You'll work across all markets, focusing on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our CRM strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in setting up and executing automated lifecycle or bulk campaigns.
- Proven ability to work across multiple business units and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset — confident working with data and creating simple, insightful dashboards.
- Experience developing communication plans across different marketing channels.
- A curious learner who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and campaign management tools such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce, or Klaviyo.
- Previous experience in food delivery, on-demand services, or e-commerce is a plus.
