Job Description
Smadex is seeking an AI Enablement & Knowledge Management Specialist to structure and shape internal knowledge ecosystems and actively contribute to how their AI agents function, learn, and evolve. This is a foundational role, focusing on knowledge curation, AI collaboration, process mapping, and improving internal data access.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, documentation operations, technical program management, or similar.
- Strong project management skills.
- Proven experience designing and managing structured documentation systems.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools, LLM workflows, or semantic search systems.
