Job Description
Smart Warehousing is seeking a Warehouse Leader (Warehouse Manager or Warehouse Supervisor) to lead and develop operations at their Northampton, PA location. This role focuses on accurate receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch, with emphasis on teamwork, team performance, and efficient operations. The position involves team leadership, staff management, process improvement, and proactive customer issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
- Personnel management and supervisory experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and warehouse systems (WMS, PO, ERP).
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Strong customer service orientation
