Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment
- Passion for hiring and relationship building with a focus on candidate and stakeholder experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting key hiring metrics while maintaining a strong focus on candidate quality
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills, managing multiple roles and pipelines efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
- Ability to interpret hiring data and analytics to support informed recruitment decisions
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and strong sourcing skills
- Interest in using AI to strengthen recruiting strategy, enhance candidate experience, and streamline hiring workflows
