Job Description
Smartcat is a Series C company focused on AI Outcomes Engineering, specializing in bridging the gap between human expertise and AI agents. Their platform enables enterprises to build hybrid teams composed of humans and AI, delivering high-quality multi-lingual content and accelerated results. They are seeking an AI Outcomes Engineer to drive ARR and build AI workflows for key accounts, focusing on technical outcomes and customer success.
Requirements
- BS/MS in engineering, analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of technical deployment, implementation management, or technical account management experience with SaaS at Enterprise customers
- Experience with REST APIs, Github, AI SaaS workflows, and technical solution design
- Strong troubleshooting and custom solution skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to deliver post-sale support, training, and adoption initiatives
