Job Description
Smartcat is a Series C company building a platform that combines generative AI with human-in-the-loop workflows to enhance productivity for leading enterprises. They are looking for an AI Outcomes Consultant to drive ARR through customer success, focusing on technical outcomes, AI workflows, and platform improvements. This role involves onboarding, design, configuration, and delivery of AI integrations, along with communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- BS/MS in engineering, analytics, or related field with 3+ years experience in technical deployment, implementation management, or technical account management at Enterprise customers.
- Experience with REST APIs, Github, AI SaaS workflows, enterprise change management, and technical solution design, integrations.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex implementation issues and creating custom solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and client relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
