Smartly is looking for a Vice President, Marketing to define how our brand shows up and scales in the AI era. The ideal candidate blends creative instinct with performance, with experience uniting brand, creative, content, and social into a high-impact, cohesive engine.
Requirements
- Lead marketing brand, content, and creative strategy to drive awareness and growth
- Oversee content marketing strategies based on business objectives, category focus and customer audience segments across all channels
- Develop, communicate and maintain a unified brand story across all channels
- Champion AI adoption across Marketing, integrating AI-powered creative, insights, and workflows into how we build brand, content, and campaigns
- Lead the creative vision and execution of Smartly’s brand design ensuring every touchpoint, from campaigns to events, reflects a cohesive and high-impact visual identity that elevates perception, drives recognition, and differentiates Smartly in the market
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer, vendor, employee and partnership touch points align with brand strategy and support messaging priorities
- Lead and direct external agencies responsible for the development of strategy and execution of brand initiatives
- Implement brand awareness/brand health measurement
- Build, lead and mentor top performing teams in creative, content, and events
- Manage the B2B marketing budget effectively, allocating resources for maximum impact and return on investment
