Join SmartPA as a Business Support Executive - Data & Content Management and play a pivotal role in providing bespoke solutions to a variety of stakeholders. As part of the Centre of Excellence, you'll be delivering high-impact, tailored support to a key client account daily. You'll have the opportunity to work with a global tech giant and be part of a dynamic, client-facing department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a content management, data entry, or administrative role with a focus on data
- Expert proficiency with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to identifying and correcting data inaccuracies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of how to simplify data for the end user, allowing them to make quick decisions
