SmartPlay Early Learners Riverstone (SP) is a Christian family environment providing high-quality care and education for children aged 3-5 and 4-5. They offer a 3-4 year old Pre Kindy Program and 4-5 year Accredited Kindergarten Program, maintaining a strong safety and well-being focus and a commitment to child development. This role involves providing support to the learning and development of all age groups, with particular emphasis on ISS support, and includes a flexible part-time position.

Requirements

• Minimum of Certificate III in Early Childhood or equivalent qualifications
• Suitable qualifications, including first aid and CHCPRT001
• Current WWCC
• Capacity to lead a growing school
• Strong motivation and enrolment building skills
• Confident in the use of technology
• Servant heart and vibrant Christian faith
• Dynamic and outgoing personality
• Highly organised with strong project management skills
• Highly empathetic and considering families’ needs
• Thrive in collaborative settings and demonstrating initiative
• Great attention to detail
