SmartPlay Early Learners Riverstone (SP) is a Christian Family environment offering high quality care and education for young children (3-5 years). They provide a 3-4 year old Pre Kindy Program and a 4-5 Year Accredited Kindergarten Program, prioritizing safety and a nurturing environment. They are seeking casual educators with a passion for working with children.

Requirements

• Certificate III in Early Childhood or 50% completed or equivalent.
• Diploma of Early Childhood Education or 50% towards completion.
• First aid and Child Protection CHCPRT001 qualifications.
• Current WWCC.
• Capacity to lead a growing school with a hands-on approach.
• High motivation and ability to build school enrollment.
• Comfort with technology.
• Servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.
• Dynamic and outgoing personality.
• Highly organised with strong project management skills.
• Highly empathetic and able to consider family needs.
• Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and take initiative.
• Great attention to detail.
