Project Manager

SmartUi is seeking a Project Manager to deliver customized Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions built on ABBYY FlexiCapture. The role involves managing end-to-end project lifecycle, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth customer experience from onboarding to go-live. The position is suited for a remote team member with a solid understanding of digital document automation and project management, and requires a hands-on approach to achieving outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong project delivery discipline
• Experience delivering B2B software implementation projects
• Familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing platforms (ABBYY FlexiCapture, Kofax, Esker, or Rossum preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with short cycles
• Skilled in planning, scheduling, scope management, and change control
• Experience working remotely with globally distributed teams
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Solid understanding of software design and delivery
