Job Description
SmartUi is seeking a Project Manager based in Australia (Sydney preferred) to lead customer implementations and support clients post-go-live. This role focuses on delivering customized IDP solutions built on the ABBYY FlexiCapture platform, managing projects within a collaborative team environment, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The position involves managing timelines, dependencies, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Strong project delivery discipline
- Proven experience delivering B2B software implementation projects
- Exposure to Intelligent Document Processing platforms (ABBYY FlexiCapture preferred)
- Able to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Familiar with Agile/hybrid delivery methods
- Experience with workflow automation tools (plus)
- Process-oriented with attention to detail
- Skilled in planning, scheduling, scope management and change control
- Excellent communicator & client manager
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Based in Australia & team collaboration
- Experience working remotely
- Highly self-managed, organised, and collaborative
- Capable of working with globally distributed teams
