Job Description
Smeetz is a rapidly growing SaaS startup revolutionizing visitor attraction sales and revenue management with its AI-powered platform. The Scrum Master role focuses on facilitating and coaching agile ceremonies to improve team performance, foster collaboration, and drive continuous improvement. This position isn't for a new Agile role and requires a dedicated passion for agile practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in SaaS, tech, or software development
- Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
- Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with backlog refinement, agile metrics, and continuous improvement
- Fluent in English
