Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Field Service Tech at Smith Pump! As a Field Service Tech, you'll be at the forefront of pump inspection, troubleshooting, and operation of mobile pump service rig trucks. Your expertise will extend to pump removal, installation, startup, and maintenance. Troubleshooting and ensuring the smooth operation of water and wastewater pumps will be your daily mission.
Requirements
- Experience as a service technician and/or mechanic
- Understanding of water pumps, or electrical or mechanical equipment
- Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with both employees and customers
- Ability to drive a commercial vehicle daily to job sites
