Client facing Bookkeeper

Smoker & Company is a successful CPA firm seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team, with responsibilities including maintaining accurate financial records, handling client billing, and generating financial reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• At least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• High level understanding of QuickBooks
• Prior experience with accounting software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
